The partnership agreement was signed by Darah’s Abdullah Al-Ruwaili, on behalf of Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Samari, and asgatech’s Mr. Walid Al-Arini, on behalf of Mr. Mohamed Essawi. As official partners, they proceeded and discussed the initial project planning, including the name and identity of the application, and the next steps in the project development.
The digital historical atlas project is set out to document and display the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since its foundation by King Abdulaziz, may Allah bless his soul, to the present day under the leadership of His Majesty King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud and His Royal Highness, Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, may Allah protect them.
Bringing the history of the Kingdom to life, the historical atlas mobile app offers an innovative and interactive way to present the country’s history through a series of +100 panoramic maps, dynamic illustrations, and more, and is to be released on Google Play and Apple App Stores.
